Dr. Yani Pujiwati, S.H., M.H. has devoted herself as a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran since 1986. His Bachelor of Law and Master’s education in Law she completed at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. In 2011, Dr. Yani earned a Doctorate from The University of Padjadjaran with a dissertation on restrictions on residential land ownership. In his studies Dr. Yani pursued the field of Agrarian Law. Dr. Yani is also often an expert witness in various cases related to Agrarian Law.

In addition to being active as a lecturer, in the field of administration, Dr. Yani had served as Assistant Chairman II of the Extension Program of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran and Assistant Chairman II of Business Law Master of Law, Faculty of Law, University of Padjadjaran in 2006. Dr. Yani also contributed to the Forum silaturahmi Teaching Agrarian Law in Indonesia. As a form of community service Dr. Yani Pujiwati, S.H., M.H. several times involved in discussions with the government in this case the Tasikmalaya Regency Government related to Policy in the Preparation of Spatial Plans.
