ISILL Academy on Law of the Sea
ISILL ACADEMY ON LAW OF THE SEA
The Indonesian Society of International Law Lecturers (ISILL) in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Hang Tuah will hold the ISILL Academy on Law of the Sea as an academic capacity-building forum for lecturers, researchers, practitioners, and international law enthusiasts, particularly in the field of international law of the sea.
This event features national and international speakers and is designed to provide a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the development of international law of the sea, including the basic principles of UNCLOS 1982, maritime zone regimes, rights of passage and international navigation, archipelagic state regimes, protection of the marine environment, settlement of law of the sea disputes, and contemporary issues in global ocean governance.
